TIGGO WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

1. About Tiggo

Tiggo Inc. (“Tiggo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides pre-design decision support for public-interest sites. Tiggo may also provide professional profiles, project opportunities, collaboration features, research, tools, and related services.

The website explains Tiggo's work and allows people and organizations to contact or engage with us. An inquiry, meeting request, demonstration, form submission, or preliminary discussion does not create a client relationship or require Tiggo to accept a project, profile, opportunity, or participant.

2. Separate Agreements

Paid projects, pilots, professional services, subscriptions, restricted platform access, partnerships, and other specific engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement.

If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between you and Tiggo, the signed agreement will control for the services and materials covered by that agreement.

Confidentiality, ownership of client deliverables, payment terms, project responsibilities, and use of restricted project information will be governed by the applicable signed agreement.

3. Tiggo Content and Ownership

The website and Tiggo's original content belong to Tiggo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, contract, trade-secret, unfair-competition, and other applicable laws.

Tiggo content may include:

• Text, graphics, photographs, videos, demonstrations, and presentations
• Sample Project Blueprints, reports, templates, tables, and structured outputs
• Databases, taxonomies, categories, relationships, and data organization
• Workflows, evaluation methods, decision structures, scoring logic, elimination logic, and reasoning frameworks
• Research synthesis, annotations, recommendations, and analytical methods
• Software, platform features, user interfaces, visual systems, and branding
• The selection, arrangement, structure, and presentation of information

Public records, government information, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Tiggo retains rights in its original analysis, structure, synthesis, annotations, relationships, presentation, and methods applied to that information.

The Tiggo name, Project Blueprint name, Tiggo logos, taglines, and related marks may not be used without Tiggo's prior written permission.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the public website to:

• Learn about Tiggo
• Evaluate whether Tiggo may be relevant to your organization
• Contact Tiggo or request information
• Use available features for their intended purposes
• Share a link to a public Tiggo page
• Make a reasonable number of copies for internal evaluation, provided Tiggo's ownership notices remain intact

No other rights are granted. Permission to view website content does not transfer ownership or place the content in the public domain.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit Tiggo content without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, download in bulk, or systematically collect website content, profiles, opportunities, outputs, or data.
• Use Tiggo content to create, train, test, improve, evaluate, or support an artificial-intelligence model, machine-learning system, dataset, knowledge base, retrieval system, or automated agent.
• Reverse engineer, reconstruct, imitate, or replicate Tiggo's methods, workflows, taxonomies, category relationships, evaluation criteria, scoring logic, elimination logic, database structure, report formats, or visual system.
• Use Tiggo content, samples, screenshots, demonstrations, outputs, or restricted materials to create, improve, market, or deliver a competing or substitute product or service.
• Remove or hide any copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, access, or ownership notice.
• Bypass access restrictions, share restricted links or credentials, test security without authorization, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity, authority, qualifications, or affiliation.
• Submit false, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful material.
• Use information obtained through Tiggo to harass, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person or organization.
• Use the website in violation of law or another person's rights.

These restrictions do not prevent lawful independent work developed without using Tiggo content, restricted materials, confidential information, or unauthorized access.

6. Information You Submit

You are responsible for information you submit through the website. You confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have permission to provide it.
• It does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Tiggo's permitted use of it will not violate an agreement or legal obligation applicable to you.

You keep ownership of your submitted information. You give Tiggo a non-exclusive permission to host, store, review, reproduce, organize, and use it as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to you
• Evaluate a request or potential engagement
• Operate a feature you requested
• Provide an agreed service
• Protect Tiggo and its users
• Comply with law

If you ask Tiggo to publish a profile, project, opportunity, testimonial, collaboration request, or similar material, you also give Tiggo permission to display and distribute that material to the intended audience until it is removed.

Tiggo may remove or restrict submitted material that is inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, classified, regulated, or restricted information through Tiggo's public website, forms, or ordinary email. A public submission does not create a confidentiality obligation. Project-specific confidentiality must be addressed in a separate written agreement.

7. Profiles, Opportunities, and Introductions

Tiggo may allow professionals, organizations, projects, opportunities, and collaboration requests to be listed or introduced.

Tiggo may review, verify, edit, reject, suspend, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to protect quality, accuracy, safety, privacy, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Unless Tiggo expressly agrees otherwise in writing:

• Tiggo does not endorse or certify a listed person, organization, project, opportunity, or credential.
• Tiggo does not guarantee that information provided by another participant is accurate or current.
• Tiggo does not guarantee an introduction, engagement, contract, funding award, partnership, or project outcome.
• Participants remain responsible for their own diligence, decisions, communications, contracts, and conduct.

Tiggo is not a party to an agreement between users unless Tiggo expressly signs that agreement.

8. No Professional Advice

Public website content, examples, field notes, sample materials, preliminary analysis, and communications are provided for general information.

They are not a final site recommendation and do not replace a signed Tiggo engagement, official government records, required approvals, or advice from an appropriate licensed professional.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Tiggo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, environmental, surveying, appraisal, zoning, code, insurance, or investment advice.

You remain responsible for verifying official records, ownership, regulatory requirements, funding eligibility, property conditions, costs, approvals, feasibility, and professional requirements before making a decision.

9. Third-Party Services

The website may link to or use third-party forms, calendars, maps, blogs, document viewers, payment services, social platforms, or other services.

Tiggo does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, privacy, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

A link, reference, or integration does not mean Tiggo endorses or guarantees the third party.

10. Website Management and Access

Tiggo may update, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its features at any time.

Tiggo may block access, suspend an account, remove content, or take other reasonable action when we believe a person has:

• Violated these Terms
• Misused Tiggo content
• Threatened the security or operation of the website
• Infringed another person's rights
• Created legal, safety, privacy, or reputational risk

Tiggo may correct errors or update information without notice.

11. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the extent permitted by law, Tiggo does not guarantee that the website or its content will always be available, accurate, complete, current, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors.

Tiggo does not guarantee that a site use, project, funding source, professional, opportunity, collaboration, recommendation, or other direction described through the website will be feasible, approved, available, funded, implemented, or successful.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiggo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the public website
• Reliance on website content
• Conduct or information provided by another user
• Use of a third-party service
• Unauthorized access outside Tiggo's reasonable control

Tiggo's total liability arising solely from the public website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid specifically for website access during the twelve months before the claim.

A different limitation in a signed agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those cases, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Before starting a legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the public website, you and Tiggo agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days after written notice of the dispute.

This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief concerning intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, data misuse, security threats, or another matter requiring immediate action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy

Tiggo's Privacy Policy explains how Tiggo collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information associated with the website and its services.

15. Changes to These Terms

Tiggo may update these Terms as its website, services, and legal obligations change.

The Effective Date identifies the current version. Updated Terms apply when posted or on a later date stated by Tiggo.

Changes to a signed agreement must follow the amendment process in that agreement.

16. General Terms

These Terms and any applicable signed agreement contain the agreement between you and Tiggo concerning their respective subject matter.

If Tiggo does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive Tiggo's right to enforce it later.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Tiggo.

Tiggo may request additional information and may share the report with the person who submitted the material where appropriate.
